2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning

<p>Mush up the ground meat.  Add the onions, breadcrumbs, seasoning, salt/pepper, egg, cheese.  Mix it all together.  The mixture should be in between soggy and dry.  If it&#8217;s too dry, add a touch of milk.  If it&#8217;s too wet, add some more breadcrumbs.  Form into desired ball size.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. </p>
<p>If you are making pasta/sauce.. add the meatballs to the sauce and cook for a bit more.  Otherwise, leave in the oven for an extra 2 min. </p>
